Matt Patricia can pick up a good RB later or he can take Derrius "Mike" Guice now. Don't tell that to a former DC. Vander Esch was considered a fringe 1st rounder in February. That has since changed where he could go anywhere from 15-25. I have a feeling he is going to be a good one.
