Stephon Gilmore CB South Carolina. Gilmore is the top CB on the board and the top need on the Bengals board. They have a deep group of veteran CB's but they're old and slow. They're franchise CB Leon Hall is recovering from season ending knee surgery. Gilmore is a big CB that will do well supporting the run in the AFC North on cold December days in cities like Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Cleveland.
