The core of the Bengals defense is aging. Some of the old stalwarts are moving on ala Rey Maualuga. Allen was supposed to be off the board by now. The only knock on him is he is a bit undersized. He's played on talented Alabama teams throughout his career and is a great leader. The Bengals gobble him up at 9.
