Is sponsored by Refuge boots by Charlotte Russe. Like uggs...but way fucking cheaper and lower quality.
The Denver Broncos select:
Ryan Kelly, C, Alabama
Clear need for offensive linemen and Kelly can play center or guard so you take that versatility and move it to where the biggest need is on the front.

The 30th Pick of the 2016 CMC Mock Draft...
Sponsored by Tastykake Dreamies
Listen TastyKake...as knockoff brands go your actually probably better than Hostess. But dont give me this Dreamies crap. Thats a twinkie and you know it.
The Carolina Panthers Select
Will Fuller WR Notre Dame
Its scary to think how good the Panthers will be with their #1 receiver back and the addition of another weapon. Fuller would be a solid #2 and a capable replacement for Philly Brown and / or Ted Ginn when the time comes

The Arizona Cardinals select:
Andrew Billings, DT, Baylor
The Cards get this big bodied run stuffer and hope his brawling strength can match his technique to be a consistent force in the NFL.
The 28th Pick in the CMC Mock Draft
Oh San Francisco Demons fan of the XFL, you tried to bring the spirit of Raiders nation and the black hole to the upstart league but you failed...you failed miserably.
The Kansas City Chiefs select:
Kamalei Correa, OLB, Boise State
The Chiefs need some quality depth at outside linebacker and within their pass rush. They could also use some safety help to support Marcus Peters and Eric Berry but with Correa available they will jump on him.

The 27th Pick in the CMC Mock Draft
Sponsored by The Pontiac Fiero with a Ferrari Kit
"Check out that Ferrari thats broken down on the side of the road being driven by the barista from my local 7 Eleven"
The Green Bay Packers Select
Reggie Ragland LB Alabama
Ragland is an old school middle linebacker. He's big kid and not the fastest but in those cold nights in Green Bay, Chicago, and Minnesota this kid is going to be a beast.

...is sponsored by QuiBids online auction.
Where else can you get a Honda Civic for this low a price, an iWatch for $5.32, a Robert Cop II for $56.78?
It's QuiBids!
The Seattle Seahawks select:
Noah Spence, THE Eastern Kentucky, OLB
Think you know where I am going with this? Bruce Irvin , a very successful piece to the pass rush, has another employer. The Seahawks are ecstasy-atic to have Spence fall this far!

The 25th Pick of the CMC Mock Draft...
...What would you do for a...Polar B'ar? Well never fear because I think Klondike sued the shit out of them for trademark infringement.
The Pittsburgh Steelers select:
William Jackson III, CB, Houston
A selection of need and a pretty good one. The Steelers could also go with Eli Apple here but either way secondary is the popular choice in the first round for Pittsburgh.

The 24th Pick in the CMC Mock Draft
Sponsored by THE ORIGINAL knockoff...The Big Mick at McDowells
The Cincinnati Bengals select
Vernon Butler DT Louisiana Tech
Saddened by all the WR's going off the board in front of them...the Bengals take the best DLineman on the board and a kid with upside who will have time to mentor under Geno Atkins. Will Fuller is too much of a reach here for my taste.
Ain't no one got time for sesame seeds on that bun. The long time favorite of the Prince of Soul Glow.

The 23rd Pick of the 2016 CMC Mock Draft...
...is sponsored by the CONCACAF GOLD CUP tournament.
It's a knockoff to all the meaningful soccer tournaments around the world. It's where US players like Mix Diskerud and Mike Sorber can shine. Are you serious?
The Minnesota Vikings select:
Josh Doctson, WR, TCU
Vikings were going to take whomever was available between Treadwell, Coleman, and Doctson, leaving Ohio Ice with no true #1 WR talent remaining with the next pick. Doctson is probably the best pure catcher when the ball is at its highest point, making him a very attractive option for the Purple Tedy and his Vikings offense.
The 22nd Pick in the CMC Mock Draft
I'm just going to let this sit here...I know the Lekars star player Kebo Bryant would be proud.
The Houston Texans select:
Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor
WR is a big need for Houston to compliment Deandre Hopkins and with Treadwell off the board they opt for the in-state talent from Dallas.

...is sponsored by Lep's World 1 thru 23.
If you are of Irish descent and despise Italian's - here is your boycotting opportunity. So go ahead on with the double standard of eating spinach rigatoni and playing Lep's World.
The Washington Redskins select:
Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss
Redskins got a premier CB in Norman just one week ago, which alleviated its positional immediacy. Pairing this possession, big bodied, excellent blocking WR with Jordan Reed is going to enhance Captain Kirk's already rising stock.

The 20th Pick of the CMC Draft
Why get a Chia Pet when you can have a "Hedgehog"
The New York Jets select:
Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson
This is a bit higher than many would expect for Alexander but I think he's the best natural cover corner in the draft and in this climate of rookie contracts there really isn't any such thing as a reach as long as it's the player that you want.

The 19th Pick of the 2016 CMC Mock Draft...
Sponsored by Fake Jansport Backpacks
Whats worse than your parents buying you a Jansport backpack? When you find out its a bootleg. Talk about getting kicked in the nuts. You're not supposed to knock off cheap crap...whats the point. I wonder if the fake Jansport is actually more expensive than the real one?
The Bills Select
Robert Nkemdiche DE Ole Miss
Boom / Bust pick this guy has a close to unlimited ceiling. The definition of jumbo athlete. If he can ride the straight and narrow he could be a steal here. Its hard to find trouble in Buffalo...unless your Beast Mode. If I were Miami or New Orleans I'd stay away!

Unavailable at all movie theaters across the U.S of A.
The Indianapolis Colts select:
Darron Lee, OLB, Ohio St
So close to choosing Jaylon Smith here despite the unknown on his future. Fact of the matter is, the Colts need the "now" in Round 1. Lee is a burner who's speed will bode well in the dome.

The 17th Pick of the CMC Mock Draft
Sponsored by Johnnie Worker Red Labial
From the folks that brought you James Daphne Tenderness Bourbon....here comes Johnnie Worker Scotch. Keep in mind this is the "Red Labial" which is actually better than any of Johnnie Walkers "Labels". Who doesn't like to mix booze and labias?
The Atlanta Falcons Select
Shaq Lawson DE Clemson
How about back to back 1st round Book Ends from Clemson. Keep the athletes in the south. Lawson continues the much needed upgrade to the Atlanta D. Lawson just got a clean bill of health recently so he might be moving back up the charts when the draft comes around.
The 16th Pick of the CMC Mock Draft
....is sponsored by that wild and wacky game of strategy known as Connect Four Four-in-a-Row. Yeah it's TOTALLY different than that other game!
The Detroit Lions select:
Kevin Dodd, DE, Clemson
The Titans took the tackle prospect that the Lions wanted so option No. 2 is to find an end that can work with Ziggy Ansah and get the Lions tough on the defensive front.

Are you seriously gonna spend $325 for a Rebecca Minkoff?
Shop at the Lakeland Square Mall and the Poppie Jones will do just fine. Twenty focking bucks and you can use the extra savings at Wet Seal.
The Tennessee Titans select:
Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State
Not bad at all to get a pro-ready OT from a huge Buckeye program and the extra picks due to the Rams trade. The Titans are building smartly alongside their QB gem in Mariota.

Sponsored by Robert Cop 2.
Lets be honest...you thought you were slick buying this knock off from Aldi for your kid. He's never heard of the original RoboCop from your childhood...until the remake came out and your kid realized you were a cheap piece of shiz. "Dead or alive your a crappy parent"
The Oakland Raiders Select
Jarran Reed DT Alabama
Reed is an powerful run stuffing DT with a little wiggle which allows him to lineup in the DE position in certain defenses. He upgrades one of the up and coming rosters in the league. Dont sleep on the Raiders this year. Dont be suprised if the Lions trade into this pick once Rankins goes off the board as this is a guy they covet.

The 13th Pick in the CMC Mock Draft...
..is sponsored by the bootlegged NES system clone known as "Pegasus".
The Pegasus system was released in the 1990's in the Polish/Serbian/Bosnian areas. After a whole day of rioting at a Red Star Belgrade match, everyone would go to Hamza's house to play NES Soccer.
The Miami Dolphins Select:
Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan St
The dream scenario here is if somehow Zeke Elliott fell down to Miam's laps: That scenario is a dead one. Looking at the landscape of available NFL-ready OT's, the obvious choices are Conklin and Decker. In the DE category, there are more options. With that being said, the Fins take a road grader in Conklin to fortify a troubled area.

The 12th Pick in the CMC Mock Draft
Slice as a beverage brand wasn't much of a knockoff. I mean lemon-lime soda is pretty universal from the days of Sprite and 7-Up and most recently Sierra Mist. But when Slice went outside of its wheelhouse is the problem. Dr. Slice? Hmmm wonder what THIS tastes like. A wild one for sure.
With the 12th Pick in the Draft the New Orleans Saints select:
Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville
The Saints are kind of in a "best player on defense" mode as they need help at nearly every spot on that side of the ball. Work from the interior and go from there.

The 11th Pick of the 2016 CMC Mock Draft
This pick is sponsored by Arm and Hatchet Baking Soda
Why does your mom keep buying that tired Arm & Hammer? Everyone knows that the Hatchet is better, faster, AND cheaper. When you don't have to pay for trademark attorneys or marketing you can put all your resources into product. You'll also feel good by the word "Natural" on the front of the box. Because everyone knows "Natural" is a very specific description.
The Chicago Bears Select
Leonard Floyd OLB Georgia
Remember when the Bears had a defense with real players that could tackle and get to the QB. I'm not talking about Hall of Famers like Singletary or Uhrlacher. I mean NFL caliber players that should make a 52 man roster...remember that? Its probably time to start stocking up on D. Floyd is a fast and athletic LB that should start opening weekend for the Bears.

The 10th Pick of the 2016 CMC Mock Draft
is sponsored by the InDigi Universal Bluetooth Smartwatch.
Teaming up with Pulsar's faux croc wristband technology, ya don't just do it - ya InDigi it.
The New York Giants select:
Vernon Hargeaves III, CB, University of Florida
Although I have a man-crush on Robert Nkemdiche, the reality is Jerry Reese will not "reach" for him at #10 due to character concerns AND he knows he better get safer picks. You know, looking at Reese's resume at Giants GM, it's a focking miracle Giants won two SB's under his reign. Hargreaves alongside Janoris Jenkins and DRC give Big Blue the ability to getting less burned in the air; they can now focus on OT/DE/LB/WR in rds #2 thru #5.

The 9th Pick of the CMC Mock Draft
Sorry I'm going to indulge myself for a second with one of Vegas' most popular tribute knockoff acts and say RIP Prince. Thanks for the music.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers select:
Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame
At the end of the day you have to protect the man with the football and giving Jameis Winston the best offensive linemen in the way to do that. The Bucs need a cornerback and should go after Mackensie Alexander in the second round.

"You know that company that makes crappy exercise equipment for fat peope? Yeah I hope they start making athletic gear" - No one ever.
Due to yesterday's trade....the universe has granted the rare opportunity to pick once again for the hopeless Browns.
The Cleveland Browns Select
Zeke Elliott RB Ohio St.
I love this guy. He is a bowling ball that looks for contact, has the speed to take one to the house, and is a beast as a blocker. Too bad he is going to have to wallow in the wasteland that is the Cleveland Browns roster.

The 7th Pick of the CMC Mock Draft...
... is sponsored by New Style Ninja Tortoise! Not quite the heroes in a half-shell but close enough for your cheap ass to bring as a gift to a 4-year-old's birthday party.
With the 7th pick the 49ers select:
DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon
You know Chip Kelly is going to be all in on a kid that he probably helped recruit to his old program. It doesn't hurt that Buckner is a physical freak with long arms too!

The 6th Pick of the CMC Mock Draft...
...is sponsored by the leader in creme-filled chocolate cookies, Black Domino - now with more added Black #77. Add this with Miller Genuine Draft and you got yourself a winning combo.
Available at Famous Larry Urn's Southern Bodega somewhere in rural Alabama. They're in season now - so come on down. Larry (pictured below) gets his Black Domino shipment from Cambodia only twice a year.
The Baltimore Ravens select...
Myles Jack, LB, UCLA
Is it me or do the Ravens always seem to get the right selection no matter where they sit in the draft? So many mocks have DeForest Buckner going here. Thanks to the Rams trade up to #1, all teams that follow can benefit. The Ravens will pair Jack and Mosely together to have one of the best LB corp in the league. This is a pure Ozzie Newsome BPA pick - with DE being more of a need.

Sponsord by Powerbilt Golf whose slogan "Just Play Golf" pretty much summarizes their marketing and R&D effort a.k.a Just Make Golf Clubs.
Take you golf game to the same or lesser level. In a market of bombastic advertising and crazy claims these guys just don't care.
The Jacksonville Jaguars Select:
Laremy Tunsil OT Mississippi
How about the possible #1 player in the draft available at 5? Why yes says the Jags. These guys are quietly building one of the best rosters in the league. The future might actually be bright!

What the fuck is "Tenderness Whiskey"? Jack Daniels would slap the shit out of these people.
With the 4th pick the Dallas Cowboys select:
Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State
Dallas needs a pass rusher, among other things, and Bosa is probably the best outside rusher in the draft. And he's not a piece of garbage like Greg Hardy.

The San Diego Chargers select...
Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida State
Arguably the best pick of the draft goes to San Diego. How can any Charger fan bark about this when you get a guy who can cover your best WR or play safety? In the NFL, being versatile and great at two positions is a rare commodity. For these reasons, Spanos and company shy away from Laremy Tunsil (of which they might regret).

The 2nd Pick of the 2016 CMC Mock Draft
This pick is sponsored by RTIC Coolers. Lets be honest...your broke a$$ can't afford a Yeti. So why not get the next to the next best thing. RTIC pronounced 'Arctic' (get it?)
Or you can just by an Igloo Cooler and put a Yeti Kit on it like this one
The Cleveland Browns Select
Carson Wentz QB North Dakota State
Should the Brownies draft Wentz here...probably not. But given the stratosphere of good opportunities like Tunsil, Bosa, Jack, etc. The Browns pick their QB of the future (again). Wentz might have the goods but that roster needs upgrades all over and it remains to be seen if RGIII is feeling like a mentor.

The 1st Pick of the 2016 CMC Mock Draft
Hard to believe we've been at this six years on Blogger and probably 10-12 years in actuality. Anyway with the theme being knockoff brands I give you the first pick of the draft sponsored by the big May 14th Battleground MMA card at the Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee.
Because you know "Redneck" Dave Mundell vs. "Platinum" Mike Perry is a main event anywhere in the country....or Brevard County.
The L.A. Rams select:
Jared Goff, QB, California.
Forget the days of being in a mediocre ass city like St. Louis which is known for baseball and crooked cops. The Rams are back where they belong in Los Angeles and they made this trade in hopes of getting themselves a star quarterback. Well here he is boys!
