Where was this guy in February/March?  Now he is front and center for teams looking for a big receiver such as the production Carolina received from Kelvin Benjamin. Defensive minded new HC Jim Tomsula can recognize the need for WR.  Pairing Perriman with FA Torrey Smith and Anquan Boldin is not so bad after all.
